- Q: I have never ordered on-line before - is there another way?
- A: OUR SHOPPING CART is powered by E-Junkie.com, whose security is provided by GeoTrust and which is verified by Equifax - both highly used and widely recognized and respected internet security systems. If you would rather, please feel free to call me at 306-882-6699 and place your order on the phone. I will accept your credit card # by phone or a cheque by postal mail and when the cheque clears, you order will be processed.
- Q: How should I be sending my pictures to you?
- A: Use this link for Photo Uploads. DIGITAL PHOTOS must be sent via e-mail in a high resolution .jpg format. (If you have no idea what that means, don't worry, just e-mail or call me.) If you do not have a high resolution digital photograph, you may mail a picture taken from a film camera, and I will return the picture to you along with the artilce. If you have more than one photo to send, you must use the Photo Uploads form one time for each photo sent.
- Q: What if I want to pick up my item?
- A: IF YOU WANT to place your order on-line and pick it up in the store, enter the word PICKUP (no hyphens or spaces) in the discount code field and the shipping charge will be zero.
- Q: What if I don't want any text on my item?
- A: IF YOUR ARTICLE will not have text on it, please leave the field blank. If you say "I don't need no steeeenkin text" in that field, that is what will go on your object!
- Q: How do I add all the text I want if I order an item with additions, such as an extra frame?
- A: FOR ITEMS with MULTIPLE OPTIONS, such as a double or triple hinged picture frame, you will not be able to enter the text for all the frames in the text box provided. You will be contacted by e-mail for clarification on what text you want on each of the optional pieces.
- Q: What do I do if a button or field malfuncions?
- A: Please contact our webmaster directly, with details of what product you tried to order, what you expected to happen, and what really happened.
- Q: If I have a really big order, can I get a shipping discount?
- A: Most likely, depending on the weight of the product. Please call or email me to discuss this.
- Q: How are taxes calculated?
- A: If you live in Canada, outside of Saskatchewan, you pay GST on the product only. If you live in Saskatchewan, you pay GST on the product and PST on the product and the shipping. If you live outside Canada, you pay no tax.
- Q: How are shipping costs calculated?
- A: There is a $2.00 handling fee per order; as well as a charge of 25¢ / ounce; and a container rate for each product. Each product is weighed and measured for a container. Canada Post charges by both the size of the container and the weight. If more than one similar product will fit in a container - for example, I could fit 3 Baby Bibs in the container that one Baby Bib fits in, so for any additional bib after the first, you pay only for the actual weight of the object, not the size of the container again. See example below. The second and third bib and subsequent items added only 25¢ each (cost per ounce) to the shipping cost of the entire order. Keep in mind we are fine tuning this on the fly, so if you have an order that you think the shipping costs need to be adjusted for, please contact me.
